Reiki Energy Healing: Includes Aura Clearing, Chakra Analysis and Chakra Balancing (In-Person)
50 Minute Session: Relax and enjoy healing reiki energy to help calm and balance your mind, body and spirit. Reiki energy will go to wherever the body and energetic field need it. Clients are welcome to set intentions for their sessions and request specific areas (wounds, sore muscles, migraines, broken bones, tumors, etc.) be focused on for energy healing.

Chakra Analysis
Learn which of your Chakras are currently out of alignment and in need of healing care and attention. This session does not include Reiki healing.

Distance Reiki Healing: Includes Aura Clearing, Chakra Analysis and Chakra Balancing
(Not In-Person)
50 Minute Session: Distance Reiki works according to the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. As such, invoking this law during distance Reiki sessions allows the practitioner to link an object to the energy field of the recipient. PrairieYana uses a picture of the recipient and Chakra stones. Clients are welcome to hold an intention during their session, or just allow the Reiki to go where it is needed.

The Spiritual Awakening Experience (In-Person Only)
3 Hour Intensive Session + Follow-Up Mentoring Session: Join PrairieYana for a 1:1 VIP Shamanic Healing Journey. She refers to this as “Rapid break-though energy healing”.
With commitment to healing, her clients experience rapid transformation. This therapeutic experience is for anyone who is tired of living life on repeat and who is ready for the next level of higher-conscious living.
PrairieYana helps her clients to progress forward by unraveling blockages that have been hidden away… old stories, traumas, and interpretations.
Ceremonial sessions begin with a smudging of the entire body with sage to clear stagnant energy and to call in the ancestors, followed by centering the mind, relaxing and grounding the body, and awakening the Kundalini flow within. Clients then set their intentions for the session. Chakras are analyzed then balanced with Prairie’s healing Reiki energy and powerful affirmations..
Intuitively knowing what each client is in need of hearing and learning at that moment in time, Prairie draws from her (metaphorical) bag of tools to assist her clients in processing their energetic blockages.
Sessions end with a Flower Blessing and an optional Rapé ceremony.
*Spiritual Awakenings are followed-up with a 50 - 90 minute integration/alignment mentoring session to support you as you integrate and learn to embody your new way of be-ing.

Mini Spiritual Awakening Experience (In-Person or Phone)
2 Hour Intensive Session: Includes Aura Clearing, Chakra Analysis, Chakra Balancing and Reiki energy to balance, align, and super-charge your Chakras and Auric Field. Sessions include mentorship and profound affirmations for aligning to your highest true self. This ceremony brings together the energy-shifting benefits of Mentoring and Energy Healing. It’s a condensed version of the even more in-depth Spiritual Awakening Experience.
It is not enough to balance the energy system alone. We must identify what is causing us to be out of alignment in the first place and learn new ways of “thinking” and feeling that allow us to live in harmony.
Healing the world begins with healing our own internal-world. Bringing yourself into alignment has a ripple effect that influences all those who come into contact with you; you give others permission to also live their lives in a heart-centered, aligned manner.

50 Minute Session: Formally trained to listen with a compassionate and empathetic ear, Prairie assists her clients in processing through their most pressing issues and life challenges. From healing childhood traumas, overcoming depression and anxiety, to relationship challenges, manifesting wealth, overcoming stifling road blocks, setting and achieving goals, Prairie is able to assist her clients in working through an array of issues.
