I had been experiencing severe sciatic pain progressively worse for just over a year when I first  contacted Prairie for Reiki. My experience with Prairie was far more than I expected. She spent so much time with me helping me to identify some of my emotional blockages. The release I felt was incredible. Towards the end, she had me flip on to my belly and she performed Reiki down the right side of my lower back, glutes, and leg. At one point my glute muscles were firing so intensely I lifted my head off the table to see if she had put a muscle stimulator on me. I was shocked to see that it was just her hand a few inches above my body. 

I am happy to say that my sciatica definitely improved after my first treatment. I received even more improvement from my second treatment. 

I highly recommend Prairie for reiki or other energy work one may need. She is highly skilled in her practice, intuitive, and very easy to open up to. Prairie helped me to dig deep and release some very old wounds.
